He answered my call and gave me a quote within a day and was out here two days later. Brandon worked very hard in the hottest part of the day to make sure everything was perfect. “Casey and Roman Kraft did a cedar fence rebuild for my wife and I in December of '25. Our original fence was over 20 years old and in bad need of replacement. Casey came to my house on a Sunday to measure the property and discuss our plans. He got us the bid that evening. His price was extremely competitive and his reviews online were stellar. The days Kraft Fencing committed to build were the 2 rainiest days in December. There were flash flood warnings posted on both of those days and still, Casey and Roman showed up and went to work. I felt bad but they had top notch rain gear and smiles on their faces. They and their crew showed up at 7:30am both days and just got after the job. The craftsmanship is very impressive. They use screws instead of nails, the posts are beefier than the standard 4x4 post, and they use clear cedar in all the wood work except for the posts. The most impressive thing we experiened with Casey and his company was how he and his crew responded to a mistake that was made. He listened to our concern, gave us a few options to rectify the mistake, made sure both my wife and I would be happy with the work around, and then went about his business and made it right (without any additional charge). What a fantastic business he runs and what an ethical guy he is. I give him a 10/10 recommendation if you are looking to get a new fence installed. Brendan H. Great price”

“Brandon Kraft and Josh installed a new rear/backyard fence and side gate for us Thursday afternoon and Friday 8/22 -8/23. Brandon was prompt to respond to my request for a quote, honest, credible and gave details of what they would do and how they would do it and followed those details precisely. The quality of their work was excellent. They did everything that Brandon said they would do and did it in a timely, professional and skilled way. The quote was reasonable and extremely fair for the work done, the quality of the material and the skill demonstrated in the installation. I certainly can recommend Brandon Kraft, Kraft Fencing, LLC for your fencing needs. One caveat, please; years of living and experience have taught me that the low quote is not always the low price when the job is “finished”. I might have been able to find a lower quote, but I seriously doubt if I would’ve been able to find better quality in work by a honest, forthright young man who took pride in his work and the reputation of his company. “Well I called to get a quote on having them install a field fence there phone line was down. They called back after getting them fixed and i set up a quote with brandon. We meet at 900am and he took measurements. I texted him about quote and he replied that he would send that afternoon/evening.i have not heard from him since. I had purchased the supplies to install fence myself but doing by yourself was tuff. If you don't want to do the job or can't ,call and tell me unless this is the country way of saying WE DONT WANT THE WORK”

“This is not a customer's review. I am leaving a professional review. I'm a fifth generation carpenter and have been in construction my entire life since the age of 13. I've met a lot of tradesmen with different backgrounds, styles,and approaches to how they build their products. These same traits also apply to how they deal with their customers. The majority of the professionals I have meet and worked with throughout my career were really only good at one or the other of these. Mr. Brandon Kraft however has found a way of balancing both aspects in a way that caters to both aspects of his jobs. Keeping his workers happy and motivated, while at the same time, keeping his customers informed of progress and answering any questions along the way. he's fair and willing to pay his workers their full worth for the hard work they provide for him, and in return they are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the job is done correctly, on schedule, and above all gorgeous. He truly is a refreshing take on the typical contractor. He prioritizes customer satisfaction over profit, which allows his workers the freedom to take their time and really properly complete each step to ensure quality is always to Mr. Brandon's standards. I am hoping I have a chance to work more with him in the future, because very few companies care about people anymore. I've personally witnessed him explaining to a customer's elderly mother the process for what I was doing to the cement on that particular job. He sat with her and talked while I did the easy stuff with the concrete. Even though the cement was heavy to haul and would be considered by most a difficult job, the day was a delight listening to Mr. Brandon explain things and joke with her. The air was filled with cement dust and laughter from the three of us. How often do you suppose someone does hard manual labor and then says that was a really fun day! It's a whole different experience working for a company like this, and the high quality fencing it produces speaks for itself!
